Abjak is currently building the UK's first 'micro food hall' network that empowers food entrepreneurs to scale their brands without the costs or hassle while bringing high-quality dining choices and convenience to underserved suburban communities, all enabled by proprietary technology they've developed. The business has raised over £500,000 through Angels, VCs, and Grants.

Rudy mentors early-stage startup founders and students at the University of Liverpool, ESCP Business School, and Imperial College, and he regularly speaks at events at the University to share his entrepreneurial journey with students who are keen to learn how to get their business ideas off the ground.
