Pippa Cox
Acting Communications & Public Affairs Manager
Pippa has over 20 years’ wide-ranging experience of corporate communications, principally for science-related, not-for-profit organisations and charities.
After graduating from Exeter University with a BA Hons in Geography, Pippa worked initially in academic publishing but switched to a PR role at The Royal Society. After four years she moved to a government-funded post at the BioIndustry Association and then to a PR consultancy before becoming Public Affairs Manager at the Institute of Physics where she remained for six years.
Following a career break, Pippa worked for the United Kingdom Accreditation Service and, prior to joining the Russell Group, was Group External Communications Manager for the Nuffield Health group of hospitals and health clubs.
