Amy Collins
Senior Policy Adviser
Amy is seconded to the Russell Group from the Department for Education, where she was the Head of the unit responsible for raising the participation age and reducing the number of young people not in education, employment or training. Prior to this, she was the 14-19 Partnership Manager at Wandsworth Borough Council, and has held a range of different positions in DfE and its predecessors. Amy has a degree in French and Dutch from the University of Cambridge.
Responsibilities
Amy’s responsibilities include policy on admissions, widening participation and access to Russell Group universities.
