Will graduated from Corpus Christi College, Oxford, with a degree in history and politics, followed by an MA in social research at Goldsmiths College London and a PhD on “Gender, class and binge drinking” at Bournemouth University. He worked at the Postgraduate Deanery for Medical and Dental Education in Kent, Surrey and Sussex.
