Dr David Manning

David joined the Russell Group after working in the Planning and Resource Allocation Section at the University of Oxford. Before that he worked on the London Regional Team at HEFCE (Higher Education Funding Council for England). He studied at the universities of Bristol and Oxford, before undertaking a doctorate at Cardiff University.
